Poluare, zgomot, pierderi de vie\u021bi omene\u0219ti etc\">[3]<\/a><\/sup>. Mai mult rele.<\/p>\n<p>Chestiunea cam arz\u0103toare este c\u0103 status-quo-ul ar cam fi cazul s\u0103 se schimbe, \u00een favoarea altor metode de transport &#8211; mersul pe jos, cu bicicleta, cu trotinta, cu transport \u00een comun, pe scurt orice altceva dec\u00eet automobilele<sup><a href=\"#footnote_4_1989\" id=\"identifier_4_1989\" class=\"footnote-link footnote-identifier-link\" title=\"Automobilul electric este o solu\u021bie pentru o parte din problem\u0103. Partea mai mic\u0103.\">[4]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>De control, s\u0103 l\u0103s\u0103m aici o pledoarie \u021binut\u0103 de M\u00eentuitorul \u0219i Salvatorul Ora\u0219elor Noastre, un anume Jason Slaughter, cunoscut \u0219i \u00eendr\u0103git sub numele de Not Just Bikes. Sunt deci parte din problem\u0103, admit asta. Pe de alt\u0103 parte, cine s\u0103 \u0219i vorbeasc\u0103 pe tem\u0103? Dac\u0103 am spune c\u0103 \u0219oferii-s ipocri\u021bi c&icirc;nd spun &bdquo;s\u0103 se reduc\u0103 ma\u0219inile&rdquo;, deoarece nu se vizeaz\u0103 pe ei &icirc;n\u0219i\u0219i, \u0219i dac\u0103 am mai spune c\u0103 cei f\u0103r\u0103 ma\u0219in\u0103 sunt ipocri\u021bi pentru c\u0103 &bdquo;nu \u0219tiu de fapt ce mi\u0219to e cu ma\u0219ina&rdquo;, practic t\u0103iem orice op\u021biune de a discuta pe tem\u0103. Cineva trebuie s-o fac\u0103.\">[5]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Aici voiesc un pic s\u0103 discut despre transportul \u00een comun, \u0219i mai ales s\u0103 fac o compara\u021bie cu trecutul.<\/p>\n<p>Oric\u00eend apare transportul \u00een comun \u00een discu\u021bie, apar imediat \u0219i obiec\u021biile: e aglomerat, e oameni prea diver\u0219i (cu obiceiuri diverse), e mai riscant, e impredictibil, dureaz\u0103 prea mult c\u0103l\u0103toria, nu-i fezabil pentru unii oameni etc \u0219amd. Obiec\u021bii perfect valide, mai ales dac\u0103 ne raport\u0103m la situa\u021bia curent\u0103 (de oriunde a\u021bi dori voi).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">*<\/p>\n<p>Tot de control, s\u0103 ne amintim pu\u021bin cum ar\u0103ta transportul public \u00een Iepoca de Aur. Oric\u00eet de aspectuos \u0219i de dr\u0103gu\u021b ar ar\u0103ta transportul public<sup><a href=\"#footnote_6_1989\" id=\"identifier_6_1989\" class=\"footnote-link footnote-identifier-link\" title=\"Aleg s\u0103 fiu m\u0103gar \u0219i s\u0103 calchiez &bdquo;public transport&rdquo; din englez\u0103. Pentru c\u0103 pot. \u0218i pentru c\u0103 mi se pare peste m&icirc;n\u0103 s\u0103 tot repet &bdquo;transport &icirc;n comun&rdquo;.\">[6]<\/a><\/sup> ast\u0103zi, schimb\u0103rile au o oarecare laten\u021b\u0103 p\u00een\u0103 se propag\u0103 \u00een popula\u021bie. Plus c\u0103 obiceiurile au iner\u021bie.<\/p>\n<p>Cum ar fi via\u021ba dac\u0103 transportul public ar fi frecvent, predictibil, cu mijloace de transport moderne? Ce obiec\u021bii ar mai putea avea oamenii?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">*<\/p>\n<p>Prima \u0219i cea mai valid\u0103 obiec\u021bie este aceea c\u0103 nu-i fezabil de folosit, adic\u0103 nu te ia autobuzul din fa\u021ba casei \u0219i nu te las\u0103 fix la destina\u021bie. Sau m\u0103car aproape. Comparativ cu ma\u0219ina proprie, care-i regele din aceast\u0103 ecua\u021bie, transportul public pierde puncte la modul grav. Cel mai frumos este s\u0103 te urci \u00een ma\u0219ina parcat\u0103 \u00een fa\u021ba casei, \u0219i s\u0103 mergi fix la destina\u021bie cu ea.<\/p>\n<p>Doar c\u0103 &#8230; \u00eencet-\u00eencet se str\u00eenge la\u021bul, administra\u021biile locale lucreaz\u0103 la eliberat de ma\u0219ini trotuarele \u0219i diversele alte spa\u021bii care nu-s parc\u0103ri. Fix din acest motiv, c\u0103 bicicleta m\u0103car o las legat\u0103 \u00een fa\u021ba locului unde am treab\u0103. Pentru c\u0103 vechile traume din titlu \u00ee\u0219i i\u021besc capul, iar eu unul chiar nu doresc s\u0103 pierd timp pre\u021bios merg\u00eend pe jos mai mult dec\u00eet este cazul. Nu-i vorba de lene, este vorba de folosirea c\u00eet de c\u00eet eficace a timpului propriu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">*<\/p>\n<p>A doua obiec\u021bie, perfect valid\u0103, este aglomera\u021bia.<\/p>\n<p>Pozele de la \u00eenceputul articolului sunt gr\u0103itoare \u00een acest sens. \u00cemi amintesc \u0219i eu cum mergeam la \u0219coal\u0103 lipit de u\u0219ile autobuzului, c\u0103 eram prea mul\u021bi c\u0103l\u0103tori, mult peste capacitatea de transport din acte. Oricine a \u00eencercat cu seriozitate s\u0103 circule astfel a prins, cu certitudine, ore de v\u00eerf la care vehiculul seam\u0103n\u0103 izbitor cu o conserv\u0103 cu sardine.<\/p>\n<p>To\u021bi oamenii cu ochi umezi \u0219i vis\u0103tori care \u00eenal\u021b\u0103 osanale transportului public spun despre el c\u0103 <em>poate fi mi\u0219to<\/em>, c\u0103 uite, \u00een timp ce un \u0219ofer sau vatman experimentat te duce \u00eenspre unde ai treab\u0103, tu po\u021bi s\u0103 faci chestii personale (s\u0103 cite\u0219ti\/bele\u0219ti ochii la telefon). Sigur c\u0103 posibilitatea aia exist\u0103 &#8211; doar c\u0103 \u00een practic\u0103 transportul <em>en masse<\/em> se ocup\u0103 de transportul maselor, adic\u0103 al grupurilor <em>mari<\/em> de oameni.<\/p>\n<p>Solu\u021bia evident\u0103 este s\u0103 existe o frecven\u021b\u0103 suficient\u0103 a mijloacelor de transport astfel \u00eenc\u00eet s\u0103 nu se pun\u0103 problema aglomera\u021biei. Lucru care sun\u0103 foarte bine \u00een teorie &#8211; \u00eemi amintesc \u00eenc\u0103 vremurile de glorie c\u00eend pe linia de autobuz 33<sup><a href=\"#footnote_9_1989\" id=\"identifier_9_1989\" class=\"footnote-link footnote-identifier-link\" title=\"Tot despre Timi\u0219oara vorbim.\">[9]<\/a><\/sup> se mergea cu frecven\u021b\u0103 de 3 minute diminea\u021ba.
